Back Up Doulas

In the very rare event that I can not make it to a birth due to unpredictable circumstances, these are the awesome women who I have connected with to step in and support my clients. Life doesn’t always go to plan but it’s important to me that you know you will have the support you need for your birth. I want you to know you will be supported no matter what.

Steph and Bethany both hold similar values and beliefs around the natural process of birth. They have completed similar training to myself either with Rhea Dempsey or DONA and are both extremely experienced, having been doula’s for longer than I have. I trust them wholeheartedly to give you their best should they need to step in and would have them at my own birth in a heartbeat.

Claire was a fierce advocate for women’s birth rights and a wise, compassionate and deeply loving friend and mentor to me. A handful of my clients had the privilege of receiving Claire’s care when I was unable to be with them, and without fail, I would hear how amazing she was and how perfectly she had supported them through their birth journey.

I will be forever grateful for Claire, for all that she taught me, and for the love, wisdom and care she shared so generously with the women she supported throughout her life, myself included. Her impact will live on in the lives of so many women and families.
